Our Exchange & Return Policy


We want you to have a happy and worry-free shopping experience from us, so you may exchange item(s) or return your purchase for a full refund if the item(s) meet the following conditions:

> Be exchanged or returned within 15 days of the order's delivery date
> Be exchanged or returned in clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition
> Be exchanged or returned with all original labels and tags attached

However, please be aware: 
> Sales items are NOT eligible for return but can be exchanged 
> Shipping costs are non-refundable 

*Noou team reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Exchange & Return Steps
> Email us at contact@wearnoou.co with your 1) Order Number and 2) Item’s name, color, and size to be exchanged or returned. 
> You will receive an email with a Noou Exchange & Return Authorization Form and further details on how to complete your exchange or return.
> Ship back your order(s)
> You will be notified by email once the exchange or refund has been processed

Please allow 3-5 business days and extra time during holidays to process exchange and return once it’s received.  A refund will be issued to your original payment account, and please allow a couple of days billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement depending on your bank. 

Multiple Orders Exchange & Return
If you are exchanging or returning multiple orders, please separate item(s) by orders in separated parcels with unique assigned exchange & return form. This will ensure that the exchange or returns are processed correctly and efficiently. 

International Exchange & Return
Currently, our exchange & return policy above only applies to U.S customers. International customers are responsible for shipping costs of their exchange and return orders.
