Activewear and workout apparel do NOT like heat. Heat can damage the elastic and synthetic polymer content of your performance gear. The best way to keep your activewear in good shape for a long run is to clean them with care. We strongly suggest washing your new gears by:

  • Hand wash (the best, especially for bras)
  • Machine wash on LOW spin cycles
  • Wash inside a wash bag (always do for bras)
  • Wash with like colors
  • Water under 86°F (30°C)
  • Turn your gear inside ou
  • Air dry only
  • Do not iron
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not dry clean
  • Avoid mixing performance gear with abrasive materials, such as denim or garments with zippers
  • Avoid using softener. Softener coats the technical fabric and inhibits the fabric’s wicking features
  • Avoid washing them with hoodies or towels, cotton fluff can be attached to the fabric to generate fuzzies all over your gear.
